Hey, everybody,

Today to share with you the project, we named an ordinary office.

Because ordinary is the norm of our work, extraordinary is precisely what is scarce and not easy to obtain.

In the ordinary project, there is hidden the real attitude of our designers towards the project.

The more ordinary each project is, the more extraordinary the bits and pieces behind it.

An ordinary office is an ordinary work from design, construction, soft installation, and finally delivery.

1F is the reception area of Party A.

2F is the office of the entire company.

The good news is that we have completed the delivery of quality and quantity under the cost conditions of 2000 yuan for hard installation and 1200 yuan for soft installation.

办公部分，我们在空间布局上采用了多个回游的方式来实现空间关系最大化。

材料上，并没有采用多种材料搭配，基本上都采用了乳胶漆材料。

色彩上，用到了大量的绿色融入到空间里，家具，饰品，尽可能的都围绕着绿色展开。

In the office part, we adopted a number of ways in the spatial layout to maximize the spatial relationship.

Materials, and did not use a variety of materials, basically the use of latex paint materials.

In terms of color, a lot of green is used to integrate into the space, furniture, accessories, as far as possible around the green spread.

① 关于空间

1F空间中有一处亚克力隔断装置，由于亚克力材料自重较轻、金属竖撑直径较细的因素，产生了摇晃及不安全的情况，后期不得不进行了二次加固处理，

如果设计环节能够从安装、安全维护等多方面评估它的实施性，将会更加成熟。

② 关于灯光

3F的会议空间（GREEN BOX）顶面采用了9W、24°的轨道射灯，使用者在这样的灯光环境下容易疲劳。在之后的办公空间项目中，我们还要继续优化灯具参数，解决灯光的功能问题。

Scheme designer：

There is an acrylic partition device in the 1F space, due to the light weight of the acrylic material, the diameter of the metal vertical brace is smaller, resulting in shaking and unsafe situation,

 and later had to carry out secondary reinforcement treatment, if the design link can evaluate its implementation from the installation, safety maintenance and other aspects, it will be more mature.

The top surface of the 3F meeting space (GREEN BOX) uses 9W, 24° track spotlights, and users are prone to fatigue in such a lighting environment.  In the subsequent office space project, 

we will continue to optimize the lighting parameters and solve the functional problems of lighting.
